A 32-year-old Jonesboro man was killed when his motorcycle collided with an SUV on Old National Highway in South Fulton early Sunday morning. Albert Davis was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at Grady Memorial Hospital at around 4 a.m. Sunday morning. According to police, the SUV appears to have pulled out ahead of Davis, who was headed northbound near Jolly Road. Davis crashed into the SUV after losing control of the motorcycle upon trying to stop suddenly. No charges have been filed in connection with the accident, but police aren't ruling out the possibility that a third vehicle may have been involved in the crash.
Sadly, when motorcycles are involved in accidents with passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs, the results are often tragic. Motorcycle accident victims often suffer catastrophic injuries that leave them unable to work after the accident. If you have sustained personal injuries in a motorcycle crash, you are most likely facing thousands of dollars in medical debt and household bills that you are unable to pay. You deserve compensation for your injuries.
