A Marietta woman died in a fall from a 14th-floor balcony at a Panama City Beach condominium, police investigators said. Michelle Haley, 44, fell from a balcony at around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, landing on a parking structure below. The cause of the fall is currently under investigation, but police do not suspect foul play.
